The RTX 5090 cannot be unlocked yet. The cap is measured on Blackwell, but no public payload exists.
Measured BF16 (dense matmul, FP32 accumulate)
No per-card BF16 number is published yet. The tensor rate itself doubles on supported cards; real gains depend on power headroom.
- gpu-unlock-blackwell measured the RTX 5090 at 0.68× of the FP16-accumulate rate, so the cap is there. The missing piece is a public GB20x debug booter.

Can the RTX 5090 be unlocked on Windows?
No Windows port reports the RTX 5090 yet. Use Linux. WSL2 does not help, because the unlock must run before the Windows driver starts.
