01Clone and install the project on Linux.

git clone https://github.com/Zagitta/gpu-unlock
cd gpu-unlock
make install

02Add this to your kernel command line.

gpu_unlock.targets=all

03Power off, start again, and check the log.

journalctl -k -b | grep gpu_unlock

Can the RTX 3060 Ti be unlocked on Windows?

No Windows port reports the RTX 3060 Ti yet. Use Linux. WSL2 does not help, because the unlock must run before the Windows driver starts.
